Welcome to Mountain View Carpet, We have been cleaning carpet in the greater Hillsboro Oregon area for over 15 years.
Our primary method of carpet cleaning is hot water steam extraction with a truckmount system. Why do we use it? In short it gives us complete control of what detergents are used and lets us customize the product to the job in question. a greasy restaurant will require a different product than cleaner home, or even a dirty one. Whenever possible we lean on all organic products that do not use solvents or alcohols for the actual steam cleaning. Why? Solvents can leave a residue and we prioritize low voc cleaners whenever possible. It’s easier on the carpet and better for indoor air quality. Each job is built around the individual customer and at a competitive price.

We answer about 90% of the time and return any message within 4 hours. We do everything from organic ultra low residue to degreasing and restoration cleaning. 
Estimates are most often done by phone, larger commercial or unique jobs are done in person. When it comes to pricing we use a 3 prong approach. Time, labor, and materials. They are what factor into every single job that we do. If the carpet is in good shape it takes much less of all 3 versus a home that has multiple dogs and construction workers living there (yes we get calls like that more often than you might expect).
